AccuCut Warranty

AccuCut machines and dies are tested for quality workmanship throughout the production process. To give you peace of mind that you are purchasing quality products, AccuCut provides the following warranties on various products.

AccuCut Machines: Three-Year Warranty

The AccuCut GrandeMARK 2 Roller Die Cutting Machine is backed with a three-year warranty as well, excluding the die tray, cutting plastic and cutting mats. The AccuCut MARK 5 and MARK 3 Roller Die Cutting Machines are backed with a three-year warranty, excluding the rollers and die trays. MARK 5 and MARK 3 rollers, all machine die trays and GrandeMARK 2 cutting plastic and cutting mats are consumable parts and are not covered by the warranty.

We promise the machines will be free from defects in material or workmanship when used as directed. If you experience a defect in manufacturing defect, AccuCut will repair or replace the machine at no charge. Warranty does not cover use in a manufacturing setting or improper use.

AccuCut Standard Wood Dies: One-Year Warranty

Standard steel-rule wood dies are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Improper usage will void this warranty.

AccuCut Clear Cuts™ See-Through Dies: One-Year Warranty

Clear Cuts dies are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Improper usage will void this warranty.

AccuCut Pinnovation® Stationery Dies: One-Year Warranty

Pinnovation stationery dies are guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. Improper usage will void this warranty.
