Kindness Monsters
Are you looking for a fun and meaningful activity to promote kindness in your classroom? The Kindness Monsters are here to help! With AccuCut’s MARK 5™ Die-Cutting Machine and the Monsters and Hearts dies, your students can easily create their own Kindness Monsters. Simply have them pair up, glue their monsters, and heart shapes together, and write a nice note to their partner on the heart. This activity is a great way to encourage kindness and positive social interactions in your classroom. Use it during a Halloween party or any time you want to promote kindness among your students. Materials Needed:
- AccuCut MARK 5™ Die-Cutting Machine (AC5500)
- AccuCut Monsters-Jumbo (M1088J)
- AccuCut Hearts #3-Jumbo (H1452J)
- Construction Paper
- Pens, Pencils, or Markers
- Glue
Instructions:
- Place up to 6 layers of construction paper on the AccuCut Monster & Hearts #3 dies.
- Run the die through the MARK 5 die-cutting machine, cutting enough pieces for one heart and one full monster for each student.
- Pair your students up and have them glue their monster and heart shapes together.
- Instruct the students to show kindness by writing a nice note to their partner on the heart shape.
- Allow the students to exchange their Kindness Monsters with their partners during a class Halloween party or other event.
